Refund policy

We want you to love your SOMA CRAFT pieces. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with any original packaging. Please choose your size carefully using our size guide.
To start a return, email admtoneva@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer. After we receive and inspect your item, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
